HD Atlas – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at HD Atlas. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have [30] days from the date you received your item to request a return. If [30] days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Shopify order confirmation email).

Non-returnable items include: Gift cards, downloadable software products, personalized/customized items, and final sale/clearance items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [your-email@hdatlas.com] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item), HD Atlas will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within [5 to 10] business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need a direct exchange for the exact same item due to damage, please email us directly.
